The code is published in the <a href=\"https:\/\/democracy.devon.gov.uk\/ieListDocuments.aspx?CId=416&amp;MId=2487&amp;Ver=4&amp;info=1\" rel=\"noopener\">Council\u2019s Constitution<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The general declaration and also the declarations made by Members at meetings can be accessed from their individual profile pages.
