Normally there would be at least one\u00a0representative from the relevant service for the matter\u00a0under discussion and possibly the County Solicitor (to advise\u00a0on any legal queries). In addition the Democratic Services Officer\u00a0will be present to record decisions of the Committee and to\u00a0advise on matters of procedure and to assist anyone else\u00a0who attends.<\/p>\n<p>Members normally sit together in their political groups. Seats\u00a0are normally available at the back of the room for members\u00a0of the press and the public.
