Decision to award the contract for CP1592-18 Unaccompanied Asylum Seeking Children Support Service, following a Formal Request for Quotation process.
To award a contract (subject to due diligence) to the below organisation(s) for the provision of the above contract. The contract will commence on date 1 August 2018, for the period of 12 months, with an option to extend for a further 12 months dependent on service requirements and identification of further funding.

A formal request for quote process has been carried out. The decision has been taken on the basis that it complies with the requirements of section 2.18 of DCC’s code of business conduct in relation to acceptance of a single tender.
A restrictive competitive process was undertaken from which 4 organisations were invited to submit a quotation from which 1 bid was received this was considered as part of a formal evaluation process.
