Decision to extend the contract for CP929-13 Devon County Councils Contribution into Homelessness Prevention and Support Contract 18+
To extend for a period one year from 01/04/17 until 31/03/18 with the following 5 organisations:

Exeter YMCA Housing Association
Sanctuary Housing Association T/A Sanctuary Supported Living
Westward – Westcountry Housing Association
The following 7 providers will have their zero hours contract extended:

DCH Independent Futures
Encompass SW
Freedom Alliance Consortium
Keychange Charity
Stonewater – Formerly Raglan Housing Association
Young Devon
The decision has been taken on the basis of suppliers providing the required quality of service during the initial contract period.
To end the contract. This was rejected as would leave vulnerable people without access to much needed services.
To retender the contract. Rejected due to costly procurement process.
No conflict of interest applicable to this contract award.
