Agreement to accept the short notice of surrender from the tenants of Middle Yeo Farm, Down St Mary to enable them to commence a new tenancy at the end of March 2017.
To initially offer Middle Yeo Farm to an existing tenant of the DCC Farms estate to enable the authority to offer a relocation package to another tenant to ultimately release a farm holding.
To subsequently advertise to let Middle Yeo Farm on the open market on a 7 year Farm Business Tenancy should neither DCC tenant above wish to consider relocation to the farm.
To include additional land at Tapps Farm, Copplestone in the relocation offer for Middle Yeo Farm to the existing tenants set out above and should the farm be advertised to let on the open market the land at Tapps Farm, Copplestone to be advertised separately and allow other existing estate tenants located close to the Tapps Farm land to apply for a tenancy.
A copy of this decision and any supporting documentation considered by the Officer taking this decision may also be made available or inspection by the public at the Council’s Offices or posted upon payment of any copying and postage charges.
