You should NOT arrange to have a PCR test if you have previously received a positive PCR test result in the last 90 days, unless you develop any new symptoms of COVID-19 or are asked to as a contact of an Omicron case. It is possible for PCR tests to remain positive for some time after COVID-19 infection.<\/p>\n

NHS Test and Trace may contact you and provide you with advice on testing and guidance on preventing the spread of COVID-19.<\/p>\n

Children aged 4 and under are exempt from self-isolation and do not need to take part in daily rapid lateral
\nflow testing.<\/p>\n
