Local Outbreak Management Plan
Do it for Devon
The Local Outbreak Management Plan (LOMP) provides an outline for managing coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreaks in Devon to protect residents and support the most vulnerable. It sets out measures to prevent any further local outbreaks of coronavirus in Devon as well as action to respond rapidly to any outbreaks, limiting further spread.
The details of the Local Outbreak Management Plan have been broken down into the key areas below.
The principles we will work to

Using data to make good decisions
Making the best use of high-quality data will be critical to making the right decisions at the right time.

Communication and engagement
Providing up-to-date guidance and advice
It will be vital that we are able to provide reliable, up-to-date information and advice to the general public and stakeholders.
The people who will make this work
The effectiveness of the LOMP requires financial resource as well as the skills and capability of a wide range of organisations and professions.
