Grant scheme paused

Please note that due to the decreasing number of applications the Fund has been paused with effect from Friday 19 June.

County council and district council members are continuing to offer support to communities through their locality budgets.

Demand for the Fund will be kept under review and reopened if necessary.

Overview

Devon County Council launched the COVID-19 Prompt Action Fund to provide flexible resources to organisations working with communities who are disproportionately impacted by coronavirus and the social and economic consequences of this outbreak.

There are two separate grants available through the Fund; one of less than £500 and one of between £500 and £5,000. The large grants are paid in two stages, 90% on successful application and electronic receipt of a signed grant agreement and 10% on completion of a project evaluation.

DCC buildings are currently closed and most staff are working from home so applications must be submitted online – there are two application forms so please ensure you complete the correct one.

We aim to process applications as speedily as is possible. We may need to contact you for further information. You will receive an email informing you whether your application has been successful or not so please try to avoid contacting the team ahead of this.
