An example might be NHS dental services and orthodontics. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nhsbsa.nhs.uk\/check-if-youre-eligible-help\" rel=\"noopener\">Check if you&#8217;re eligible for help<\/a>.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Children and Family Health Devon<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/childrenandfamilyhealthdevon.nhs.uk\/\" rel=\"noopener\">Children and Family Health Devon<\/a> (CFHD) provide community health services across Devon and Torbay. Their Complex Review and Transitions team works with adults and young people in transition to adulthood who are living with a range of disabilities and long-term conditions. The team typically supports those who may have a combination of learning disabilities, developmental disorders and\/or mental health difficulties and the goal is to support them to take greater control over their lives.
