A team of Early Years Consultants and Educational Psychologists will work with 100 identified children in up to 40 schools this academic year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">We are doing<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>We are developing an Attendance and EBSA (emotionally based school avoidance) online resource for parents, which is due to be published on the Education and families website in December 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As part of the EBSA work, five schools were identified to pilot AV1 Robots with training and screening starting this term. Robots will be used in classrooms from January 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Work is taking place with the regional team to validate data regarding Community Waiting List Recovery, understand high priority waiting lists and create a recovery plan for 2025\/2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Development of a \u2018waiting well\u2019 online offer is underway to support those on the autism assessment pathway, focusing on development of the Neurodiversity population in its first phase.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Early Years mapping has started to identify strengths, gaps and duplications in the Speech Language and Communication Needs (SLCN) offer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Children\u2019s emotional wellbeing procurement is currently underway.
