We are made up of a team of specialists including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>adolescent\u00a0workers<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>family\u00a0workers<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>speech and\u00a0language\u00a0therapists<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>clinical\u00a0psychologists<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>education\u00a0psychologists\u00a0and<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>education\u00a0inclusion\u00a0workers<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Who is the service for?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Bridges service is available to young people aged 11-17 who are open to social care because of a relationship breakdown at home. This means, if you have a children&#8217;s social care worker that supports you and your family already, you would be able to access this support.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What do we do?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Our aim is to provide&nbsp;support to families&nbsp;to address&nbsp;issues&nbsp;at&nbsp;home and&nbsp;help them to&nbsp;work together to&nbsp;overcome&nbsp;any challenges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We&nbsp;support&nbsp;families for&nbsp;a maximum of&nbsp;six&nbsp;months. The initial stages are focused on&nbsp;writing&nbsp;a support agreement, which means putting&nbsp;a plan in place that&nbsp;all members of&nbsp;the family agree to.
