If you are happy to organise and pay for your own breaks you can use our listings<\/a> to find care for the person you support.<\/p>\n\n\n\n If you have eligible needs that would be best met by a break, involving replacement care, then the person you care for may need to have a care needs and financial assessment and agree to pay any charges. <\/p>\n\n\n\n However, your eligibility as a carer doesn\u2019t depend on this and we may still be able to help you. A carer’s assessment<\/a>, (health and wellbeing check), will identify your needs as a carer.
