If you are worried about your own or someone else\u2019s memory, contact your, or their GP. It highlights how people with dementia can still be alert and aware of their condition, and how caring and supportive relationships help people to cope with this difficult experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Devon Memory Cafe Consortium<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.dmcc.org.uk\/\" rel=\"noopener\">Devon Memory Cafes<\/a> are local, friendly dementia support groups. It\u2019s a place where residents, shopkeepers and the general public understand what dementia is.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Each has their own ideas to build their own Dementia Friendly Community.
