I am requesting a list containing the names of each Care Provider currently approved under the Local Authorities’ Supported Living Framework Agreement.
If you do not have a Supported Living Framework at the Local Authority, please provide me names for all social Care Providers who have provided Supported Living services for the Local Authority within the last 24 months regardless of being Framework, DPS or case-to-case Care Providers.
Devon County Council do not have a Framework Agreement specifically for the delivery of supported living services.
We commission Supported Living services using multiple spot contracts. Please see a list of the providers delivering care and support to multiple people living in a shared property within the Devon County Council Footprint including the 3 that have closed in that last 24 months.
