This is a request for information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 regarding complaints made to the council about adult social care services.

The total number of adult social care service users in the council’s jurisdiction. Please break this number down per year from 2018 – 2021.

There are a total of 19,371 unique clients between 2018/19 and 2020/21. Of these 41.2% are in all financial years.
