Yes –
49 dedicated gritters (county owned) in winter fleet, all are tracked
17 white-out vehicles (supplied under Skanska contract) are tracked
5 tractors (supplied under Skanska contract) may be tracked by tractor supplier
2) Which company supplies the tracking system for the winter fleet / gritters.
Devon fleet tracking supplied by Transpoco
Skanska fleet supplied through their contract supply arrangements (whiteout fleet are Tom Tom)
3) Whom is responsible for procuring the tracking system for the winter fleet
Highways operations team
4) Is vehicle telematics / vehicle tracking used on the fleet vehicles (vans and cars) and if so the total number of vehicles on the fleet, the total that are tracked
