b. A partial Individual Service Funds offer that is available to some adults, or;
c. Do not offer Individual Service Funds in any form.
We have interpreted your request to mean confirmation of what is offered by Devon County Council.
Devon County Council has been trialling a number of Individual Service Funds (ISFs) to design and test systems and to understand their value to the people who choose them. The evaluation has been paused due to pressures relating to Covid 19 and so ISFs are not more broadly available at this time
