In the financial years 2015-2016 and 2016-2017:
- How much money was spent by your local authority on legal costs relating to challenges to age assessments that have been conducted by your children’s services?
- If possible, please provide a breakdown of the budget lines of these legal costs.
We have not received any challenges on behalf of individuals who may have been the subject of age assessments, therefore we do not hold that information.
