Traffic management communications with external stakeholders – Totnes – 01/04/2020-10/09/2020

Please send all emails and other correspondence, all internal memos, meeting minutes and any other documentation both internal within Devon County Council and with external stakeholders (including Totnes Chamber of Commerce, STAG Ltd and their agents/representatives) dated in the time period between 01/04/2020 and 10/09/2020 that makes mention of or concerns traffic management or control measures in Totnes town centre (including Fore Street, High Street and the Narrows) and including the temporary Saturday morning road closures introduced as a response to the Covid-19 pandemic.

The request is for every document concerning all traffic management in Totnes town centre during the requested time period.  This is a very wide ranging request and to extract every single document, including any documents which were introduced as a response to the Covid-19 pandemic, would take longer than the appropriate time limit of 18 hours and we are therefore not obliged to provide this information pursuant to s.12 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000.

Any future request which seeks information on a specific issue or relates to a single street within Totnes, will be considered.
