This information is not easily accessible as it is not required for normal operations or reporting. We can confirm that no complaints of this nature have been made to our central Customer Relations Team in the time period specified. Some allegations may not be logged and processed by them and to identify and collate the information would require a manual review of approximately four thousand employee files, which if each one took a minimum of five minutes would require around 333 hours of staff time. Under the Freedom of Information and Data Protection (Appropriate Limit and Fees) Regulations 2004 public authorities are not obliged to comply with requests which exceed the cost limit of £450 (equating to 18 hours of time), therefore this information is exempt under the Freedom of Information Act Section 12 – Cost of Compliance.
