We would like the full technical basis for Devon County Council (DCC) Highways’ change of assessment: what dimensions, calculations etc changed between the two assessments? We would like full technical specification of these details that were used to justify the changed position

By way of further information and assistance, DCC do not compare previous and later documents submitted in support of planning applications. Each set of drawings or documents are considered independently, and deemed acceptable, or unacceptable. DCC found the original and revised documents did not prove an acceptable means of access could be achieved, partly because it was unclear what exactly was being proposed. The Hurlstone Partnership then submitted a very detailed document that was carefully considered and responded to.
The appeal hearing for this application is due to commence Thursday 3rd March 2022.
