Under the Freedom of Information Act I would like to request some information relating to the enforcement of parking restrictions, specifically penalty charge notices.
The number of parking tickets issued by the council broken down by month for the whole of 2019 and 2020 (as up to date as possible).
We hold this information in data form but consider that the information is exempt from disclosure under the Freedom of Information At 2000 Section 21 – Information easily accessible by other means. This is an absolute exemption and does not require a public interest test. The information is published by the Council and can be viewed on the Roads and Transport website under the Statistics heading
