I make the following requests under the provisions of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 for access to information held by Devon County Council :-

1.records of the drainage, site inspection notes and building control sign-off documents pertaining to connection to the sewer network of the building which was subject to planning in 2013 . In the event that this key ‘sign off’ issue was delegated , the request extends to records as to the relevant Substructure Drainage Structural Engineer and or Architect including evidence of on-site inspection and testing which would form part of Building Control Approval.

2. records of site drainage surveys , or any other type of internal investigation of the drains, undertaken between 2013 and 2021

3. chronological details from 2013 to 2021 as to Devon County Council transferring to Sentient Trust , a registered charity under no.1156708, the ownership of the freehold land on which the school is sited . I seek clarification as to ownership on the grounds that public records conflict with Trust accounts for 2020 showing no fixed assets whilst The Land Registry lists it as the owner ?
