Inspection and maintenance records, New Street, Great Torrington

My car hit a large pot hole on New Street, Great Torrington, Devon, EX38.

There was no warning signs to indicate the pot hole was there as the depth exceeds the legal limit of 40mm. Having made some enquiries, I learnt the pot hole has been there for some time and a number of cars have suffered damage. I will get my car assessed tomorrow as it appears damage has been done to the passenger side front and back tyres. I need to also ascertain if damage has been done under my vehicle.
