We understand that the above highways works have recently been completed.
We should be pleased if you would kindly let us know the date the highway alterations concerned were first opened to the public traffic following completion for the purposes of section 15 of the Land Compensation Act 1973 ie the “relevant date”.
The highway alterations at Deep Lane, Plympton were opened to traffic on the 28th April 2017.
