I would like to make a freedom of information request in regard the Council’s Statement of Intent for Flexible Energy as follows:
1. Please can you provide the latest version of your Statement of Intent for LA Flexible Eligibility
2. Please can you provide a list of all Registered Installers that are able to install Energy Company Obligation measures under the Council’s Flexible Energy scheme determined by the Council in the Statement of Intent requested above
We can confirm that it is District Councils (and the Unitary Councils in the case of Plymouth and Torbay) who are producing such Statements of Intent to guide the installation of Energy Company Obligation measures through Registered Installers. Devon County Council therefore hold no information. Contact information for the District Council can be found here
