Please supply copies of all the recorded information in written, visual, aural, electronic or any other material form you hold concerning Exeter City Fund/Exeter Development Fund and/or in which Exeter City Fund/Exeter Development Fund are mentioned or discussed, including those documents which refer directly or indirectly to Exeter City Fund/Exeter Development Fund, whether or not these descriptive phrases are specifically used.

Devon County Council (DCC) is the accountable body for the Devon and Torbay One Public Estate Partnership including for the £200,000 that central government awarded to the project named Exeter Development Fund as a national pilot.

Exeter City Futures is the legal entity that applied for and received the agreement to funding from central government, and which leads the project entitled Exeter Development Fund.

DCC has acted as the secretariat of those monies, reimbursing quarterly claims from Exeter City Futures for the scheme but Devon County Council does not hold detailed documentation on the scheme, as the application and detailed project monitoring are directly between central government and Exeter City Futures.

Here is the Memorandum of Agreement between DCC and Exeter City Futures which relates to the monies. The amount claimed to date (at Q4 20/21) is £195,502.93.

This is all of the information held by Devon County Council relating to this request. Exeter City Council is best placed to provide more information.
