Devon County Council does not have a specific commissioner with responsibility for sensory/hearing impairment.  The closest we have would be Rebecca Hudson, Senior commissioning manager for adults, Adult Commissioning and Health, Devon County Council, First Floor, The Annexe, County Hall, Topsham Road, Exeter, EX2 4QD, Tel: 01392 383000 (ask for Rebecca Hudson).
