Social Care Transport

Transport services for social care clients are handled by the County's Transport Co-ordination Service (TCS), in the majority of cases.

This includes the provision of transport to and from Residential Homes, Day Centres and Home Care services.

The County Council is also actively involved in organising, developing and running alternative transport schemes to best serve the community needs, such as Ring & Ride, Community Car Schemes, and Shopmobility.
