Kingskerswell Bypass
Devon County Council and Torbay are promoting an improvement of the A380 between Penn Inn, Newton Abbot and Kerswell Gardens, Torquay by constructions of the Kingskerswell Bypass.
The scheme was the subject of a Public Consultation Exhibition to explain the proposals, held in 2002. The Environmental Statement relates to the proposals as they have developed in response to the comments received following the consultation.
