Cycle Exeter
Welcome to Cycle Exeter
The Cycle Exeter is aimed at getting "more people cycling, more safely and more often" and is delivered in partnership with Exeter City Council. The project is now in its third year and has already deliverd over 18km of new cycle routes and achieved a 25% increase in cycle trips across the network of cycle counters in the city.
The project was made possible by, Cycling England the national body responsible for cycling.
We have doubled the facilities for parked bikes at St Davids Station
Cycle Exeter is focused around three key themes:
- New routes and cycle facilities around the city
- Travel Planning, information and promotion
- Cycle training for all ages
