Social Care for Adults
Public Information and Communication
The Adult & Community Services Public Information & Communication section was formed in 2003. Our overall strategic aim is
"To ensure that all people in Devon with social care needs have access to and are provided with information. The information should enable them to access any social care resources which might assist in meeting those needs."
Our objectives are:
All public information will be accessible, easy to understand, available in a variety of formats and based on what customers have told us they need.
A customer service approach will be adopted to ensure that the information provided is according to customer needs.

- Identifying public need for information and ensure strategic links in place
