How to Enrol

Please telephone "My Devon" on 0845 1551014 between 8am and 8pm on weekdays or between 9am and 1pm on Saturdays, for advice and guidance on which course would meet your needs.
Once you have chosen your course there are several ways to enrol:

By Post

Simply complete the enrolment form from your brochure (or use this link to download an enrolment form (41KB - pdf help)) and post it, with your cheque, to your nearest centre. Cheques should be made payable to Devon County Council with your name, the course code and title written on the reverse. Please do not send cash in the post.

By Phone

You can enrol by credit or debit card by phoning "My Devon" on 0845 1551014. Remember to have your card details to hand. We accept most major credit cards including Switch, Visa and Mastercard. We are unable to accept Electron or Solo.

In Person

At your nearest centre. Payment can be by credit / debit card, cheque or cash. We accept most major credit and debit cards including Switch, Visa and Mastercard. We are unable to accept Electron or Solo.

Fee Concessions

You may be entitled to a concessionary fee depending on your personal circumstances.  Proof of benefit will be required, and a list of eligible benefits are shown below.

  • Income Support
  • Housing Benefit or Council Tax Benefit
  • Working Tax Credit – household income must be below £15,050
  • Guaranteed Pension Credit
  • Income Based Job Seekers Allowance
  • Unwaged dependant of those listed above
  • Learners studying their first full level 2 qualification (equivalent to 5 GCSEs)

A fee concession form (55KB - pdf help) must be completed and evidence supplied to receive any concession.
