RockETS - Rock Environmental Treatment Scheme

Following the Spending Review settlement in October 2010, the Government decided to discontinue Aggregates Levy Sustainability Funding from the end of the financial year 2010/11.  Please follow the link below to view DEFRA's letter of 20 December 2010 .

RockETS stands for Rock Environmental Treatment Scheme, and for 6 years the scheme distributed funding from the Government’s Aggregates Levy Sustainability Fund to projects that reduced the effects of aggregate extraction in Devon (including Dartmoor and Exmoor National Parks, and Plymouth and Torbay Unitary Authorities). Devon County Council ran its final year of RockETS funding of £110,000 up until March 2011.
