Honours Nominations

If you wish to put forward someone’s name to be honoured you can get a nomination form from Devon County Council.

The Prime Minister welcomes honours nominations from members of the public. The PM wants this list to be representative of society as a whole - men and women from all walks of life including those from the ethnic communities.

There are only 1000 awards in each Prime Minister's Honours List, so only those who have given exceptional service are likely to succeed. (This does not mean that the contributions of other candidates go unappreciated or unnoticed.)
