If you would like to provide seating facilities outside your premises you will need to obtain permission from the County Council. Please read the Conditions and Notes for Guidance (148KB - pdf help) and select the online Street Café Application Form. Your application will be dealt with by your nearest Area Highway Management Office.

The cost of a new Street Cafe licence is £170 and the annual renewal fee is £85.
