Our Plans
Part 3 - User and Carer Services
In the original Strategic Programme we presented a set of statements covering each user and carer service area. Part 3 re-visits those original statements and:
- Identifies progress with the objectives set (2001-2004)
- Outlines actions for the short term (2004-2005)
- Clarifies medium term strategy (2004-2008)
Note On Human Rights And EqualitiesIn developing and reviewing policies, plans, processes and procedures for each of the support service areas in Part 4 it will be necessary to undertake Equality Impact Assessments. This is to ensure that services are delivered fairly and effectively to all sections of the community. Where discriminatory practice is identified, action will need to be taken to promote equality of opportunity, eliminate discrimination and promote good relations between different community groups. |
