Agreement endorsed with Shaw Healthcare
Devon County Council's Executive has agreed to endorse the
outline agreement reached with Shaw Healthcare to transfer the Council's
residential services. [other news...]
In April 2006 Social Services was re-organised. Social care for adults comes under the 'Adult & Community Services Directorate', along with adult education services. Children's social care is now part of the 'Children & Young People's Services Directorate', along with the Local Education Authority functions.
