Skills and Training

skills and trainingDevon County Council works to improve the level of skills in Devon to develop a highly skilled workforce which meets the needs of employers in the county.

In addition to co-ordinating a program which assesses the levels of skills provision across the county, we are also focusing on improving the skills in the tourism, creative and renewable energy sectors.

We are also looking to improve the level of IT skills generally across the county, with a current focus on the food and drink sector.
