RM SecureNet running slowly
** RM now report this issue as being resolved ** Several schools are reporting issues with RM SecureNet running slowly or timing out. We have have reported this to RM and they are investigating the problem. We will update this bulletin item when we hear any more from RM.

Plymouth Schools Finance File – Duplicate file name
Some Plymouth schools have reported an issue when downloading finance files; an error appears stating that the file has a duplicate file name. This issue has been reported to Plymouth County School's Finance Team for investigation. Please log a call with Scomis if you require assistance with this issue.

This can happen if a course has been created manually in course manager and classes have been attached which are of a different level. When the timetable is next sent and update course manager is run, the end dates of that course are changed.
