Devon County Council produces and maintains a Publication Scheme which meets the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act and is approved by the Information Commissioner. It may change from time to time dependant on amendments to the Act or to allow for additional information to be included.
It aims to help you understand what information is available and how to find it quickly and easily without the need to submit a specific request – the spirit of the legislation is to provide a public right of access to information and to do this by encouraging public bodies to publish more information and develop a culture of greater openness.
Physical and digital types of material from leaflets to webpages are included.
