RESOLVED that the minutes of the meeting held on 10 September 2003 be signed as a correct record.
*A/80 Exclusion of the Press and Public
RESOLVED that under Section 100A(4) of the Local Government Act 1972 the press and public be excluded from the meeting for the following item of business on the grounds that it involves the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined in Paragraph 5 of Part 1 of Schedule 12A of the Act, namely information relating to applicants for financial assistance from the County Council.

(An item taken under Section 100A(4) of the Local Government Act 1972 during which the press and public were excluded).
The Director of Education, Arts and Libraries reported on the route inspection, Easternhill Farm to Doddiscombleigh. The route was considered to be available.
RESOLVED that the appeal for PE (3/62) be refused.
*A/82 Report on Deferred Cases
The Director of Education, Arts and Libraries reported on the deferred cases:
(a) JM (3/6) Newton Abbot to Heathfield, and
(b) ZR, ER & PR (3/64) Teignmouth to Dawlish.
The Committee considered the further evidence received in support of the appeals.
RESOLVED that the appeal for JM (3/6) be refused; and that the appeal for ZR only (3/64) be allowed
