Apply for planning permission

We deal with applications for waste, minerals and county council developments. County council developments are often referred to as ‘Regulation 3’ and could include schools and libraries.

For residential or commercial developments contact the appropriate district council.

If you haven’t already done so we strongly encourage you to contact us for pre-application advice. An early discussion with us can save you time and money.
