Parking Permits


Most Permits issued by the council are now only orderable on-line and are delivered by first class Royal Mail. You should allow up to 3 working days from the date of payment of a permit for delivery, and should not park in a residents bay until the permit is displayed

For those without internet access, internet facilities are available free of charge in all Devon County Council libraries. Alternatively, you can apply by calling the My Devon team on 0345 155 1073, 8am – 8pm Monday to Friday.

For Clients who prefer to pay in person, payments can be made at the following locations during normal office hours:

Permits cannot be collected from these offices.

Payment can also be made by post to: Highway Management, PO Box 494, Newton Abbot, TQ12 9GL.

You can renew your permit at any time during the expiry month. It is the permit holder’s responsibility to renew in good time and you should allow 2-3 workings days for it to be delivered. Failure to have a valid permit on display in accordance with the terms and conditions of use image - PDF icon (133KB - pdf help) may result in a Penalty Charge Notice being served on the vehicle.

The permits stated below are not available online. Please call 0345 155 1004 and ask for the Business Support Team in Newton Abbot who will process your request.
