Devon Music Service (DMS) seeks to enable young musicians to reach their full potential.  We offer a range of inspirational opportunities to deepen and broaden experience of music.  DMS works with schools and learning communities across the county, supporting four Devon music centres and seven county ensembles.  We also offer an instrumental hire service for schools and pupils.
