This gentleman is now no more! We have the melancholy task of recording in the present number of our CHRONICLE his death, and in his death the loss to society of one of its most worthy members, at an age when his virtues and his talents where [sic] in their full powers of action, and the exercise of them repaid by the respect and esteem of all who knew him.
