Associated text:	The view is located at the junction of Fore Street and St Marychurch in St.Marychurch, Torquay. The large building on the right named Woodley was formerly the premises of the Royal Marble Works. The smaller building to the left was the Marble Works Showrooms. The larger property subsequentely became an hotel called the Hampton Hotel until it was knocked down and replaced by a supermarket, currently the Co-op. The smaller building still remains and is used by the Babbacombe Sailing Club. With thanks to Colin Roulstone for this information.
