The list of terms is based on a classified thesaurus of local studies terms which is still under development. This may at times result in provisional groupings of subjects. Inconsistencies in indexing have to be ironed out and not all terms have yet been incorporated into the thesaurus. Searches may also retrieve records where individual terms form part of longer subject descriptions.
