Borrower Information

This option allows you to check your own user information.
You can check the information stored about yourself, find out what titles
you have on loan, titles you have that are overdue and any
outstanding reservations. You may also renew your loans or change your PIN from here.
All you do is enter your library card number (including the C & zeros but with no spaces) like this:
C0000000123456, along with your
Personal Identification Number (PIN). If you don't already know your
PIN, please contact our Customer Services Centre on -
0845 155 1001 (8am - 8pm weekdays, 9am - 1pm Saturdays).
