Joint Engagement Board  Service Delivery Monitoring Group

These webpages show how our Joint Engagement Strategy is being implemented by our Joint Engagement Board, spanning Devon County Council's adults and children's social care commissioning and that of the Primary Care Trust, NHS Devon.

One level of engagement is operational monitoring - the Service Delivery Monitoring Group gives service users and carers a say on how we involve them in monitoring our services and contracts

Requests for service user and carer involvement in monitoring can be made through the Joint Engagement Board Engagement Gateway
